Nothing formal. If you have photographs of the area from earlier in its healing, or notes from a surgeon or dermatologist, they can be helpful — but they are not required. Mostly we need to see the area itself in good light.
Please ask when you enquire — consultation policy is confirmed at the time of booking so there are no surprises. Either way, you will never be charged for a treatment you have not agreed to.
We read every enquiry personally and respond within one to two business days. If your enquiry is time-sensitive, calling is faster than the form.
Once we reply to your enquiry, yes — we will tell you what kind of photograph is most useful and how to send it securely. Please do not attach clinical images to a first email.
